Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of coffee and food products, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted once the order has been delivered. However, you may request a return or replacement in the following cases:
- The product was damaged during delivery
- You received the wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us process your request, you may be asked to provide:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Refunds and Replacements
Once we review and verify the issue, we may offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement of the product, or
- Refund to the original payment method
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Exchange Fee
In some approved cases where an exchange is requested, an exchange shipping fee of 30 SAR may apply.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following situations:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Products that have been opened, used, or consumed
