Return and Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Because coffee is a food product, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds.

Returns

For health and safety reasons, opened coffee products cannot be returned. However, returns may be accepted if the product:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Is incorrect
  • Has a quality issue

Customers should contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order for damaged, incorrect, or defective items and provide the order number along with photos showing the issue.

Refunds

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period. Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A refund

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened coffee bags
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Orders reported after the allowed claim period
