1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him by the store within seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and he does not have the right to replace the product after seven days have passed.

2- To replace the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to replace the product. In the case of international replacement, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. 6- If the contract deals with the purchase of software download products via the Internet.

Return Policy:
